Packing party.
Rehearsal.
Volcanic ash.
Drivers.

These are some of the things we're praying over and preparing this week.

Wednesday is the Packing Party, when we'll spend an evening packing up all the equipment for the Grad church.

Tuesday is the rehearsal for the musicians who will help lead worship at City of Youth and at the Grad church.

Wednesday is also the day we expect our leader to fly back from Amsterdam where he is currently stranded due to the Icelandic volcano ash. (He's supposed to fly down to Brazil on Thursday.)

Friday is the day we depart and we're looking for drivers to caravan us (and our luggage) to JFK.

There's still a lot to do before we leave, but we are excited! We're going to tackle each step strategically and wisely. But we're also trusting God with the details that are clearly out of our control.
